If you are not fully satisfied with our product or you wish to file a complaint, please contact us by e-mail: info@julovi.com
Please note that you can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery without stating a reason.


Once we have been informed of your wish to return the product, we will send you the relevant form which you must attached to the returned product. You will also receive the address to which the product should be returned. Feel free to draw a notice of withdrawal yourself, including in it the bank account number to which the refund should be made. Alternatively, you can download the appropriate form by clicking HERE. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will immediately refund the money to the indicated bank account.

COMPLAINTS
Before accepting a delivery, you should always check whether it hasn’t been damaged during shipping. If the packaging shows visible external damage, we recommend you refuse to accept the delivery and contact us by phone: +48 693 990 386
If the purchased item has any manufacturing defects or is not as described, please follow the following complaint procedure:
Report a complaint for the purchased goods to the following e-mail address: info@julovi.com
Upon receipt of this notice, we will send you the appropriate form and indicate the address to which the item should be returned. The returned item is shipped at the expense of the Customer.
Within 7 days of receipt of the item, we will inform you by phone or e-mail about the outcome of the complaint procedure.
If the complaint is favorably dealt with within 7 business days from the date of our decision, we will compensate the incurred costs by: repairing your product, sending you a new copy of the product or issuing a refund.
In the event of having to issue a refund for the transaction made by the Customer's credit card, the Seller will refund the money to the bank account assigned to the Buyer's payment card.
If the complaint is found to be unjustified, we will provide you a detailed explanation of our decision and within 7 business days we will send you back the product at our expense.
