1. The Administrator of bases of personal data provided by Consumers of the store is JU-LOVI s.c., with its main office in Hornówek (Poland), at Jeżynowa 12.

2. JU-LOVI s.c. undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 and the Electronic Services Provision Act of 18 July 2002.

3. JU-LOVI processes such personal data as: first name, last name, e-mail address, address, delivery address, telephone number, bank account number, company name and NIP (VAT number), if the buyer expects to receive a VAT invoice.

4. The personal data mentioned in Subsection 3 are necessary for the correct implementation of the Seller's activities, such as the implementation of a sales contract, shipment of goods or notification of an available product or the dispatch of marketing information, such as the Newsletter on new products.

5. In order to properly fulfill Orders, sales and shipments, JU-LOVI may share the Customer's personal data with third parties, such as electronic payment service providers, payment cards operators , couriers, storage or accounting companies.

6. Providing data is voluntary and the basis for data processing is the Customer's consent, who has the right, at any time, to request from the Administrator to access their personal data, correct them, limit their processing, or delete them. Requests to stop processing, modify or delete data can be submitted in writing to At the same time, the lack of consent to the processing of personal data will prevent communication, registration and the implementation of transactions, as well as the settlement, payment or shipment of goods.

7. The JU-LOVI online store has links to other websites, such as: Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram. These entities do not provide us with any information on how they collect and process data. To obtain information in this respect, it is recommended to contact these entities and read thoroughly their Privacy Policies.

8. The Administrator ensures to make every effort to protect the data that is collected, processed and stored by them. The Administrator also ensures to apply technical and organizational measures that guarantee the security and protection of these data against acquisition, leakage or making them available to unauthorized parties.

9. The JU-LOVI store has an SSL certificate, which is an online network protocol that guarantees confidentiality of data transmission and secure internet connections.

1.    The store does not automatically collect any information, except for the one contained in cookie files.
2.    Cookie files (known simply as “cookies") are computer data, in particular text files that are stored in the Store user’s device and are intended to be used on the Store’s web pages. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they come, their storage time on the device and a unique number assigned to them.
3.    The entity posting cookies onto the Store user’s device and having access to them is the Store’s operator.
4.    Cookies are used to:
 - adapt the content of the Store’s web pages to user preferences and optimize the use of web pages; in particular, these files allow to recognize the Store’s user device and properly display the web content tailored to their individual needs;
  - compile statistics that help understand how the Store’s users benefit from web pages, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content.
