1.    The store does not automatically collect any information, except for the one contained in cookie files.
2.    Cookie files (known simply as “cookies") are computer data, in particular text files that are stored in the Store user’s device and are intended to be used on the Store’s web pages. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they come, their storage time on the device and a unique number assigned to them.
3.    The entity posting cookies onto the Store user’s device and having access to them is the Store’s operator.
4.    Cookies are used to:
 - adapt the content of the Store’s web pages to user preferences and optimize the use of web pages; in particular, these files allow to recognize the Store’s user device and properly display the web content tailored to their individual needs;
  - compile statistics that help understand how the Store’s users benefit from web pages, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content.
5.    The Store uses two basic types of cookies: "session cookies” and “persistent cookies”. The “session cookies” are temporary files stored in the User’s device until they leave the website or close the software (web browser). "Permanent cookies” are stored in the user’s device for the time specified in the cookies parameters or until they are removed by the User.
6.    The store uses the following cookies:
  - "necessary" cookies, enabling the use of the services available in the Store, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication within the Store;
  - cookies ensuring safety, e.g. used to detect  frauds within the authentication of the Store;
  - "performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on how to use the Store’s web pages;
  - "functional" cookies, enabling the remembrance of settings chosen by the User and personalization of user interface, e.g. in terms of the User’s language or region, font size, website appearance, etc;
  - "advertising" cookies allowing to deliver to the User more advertising content tailored to their interests.
7.    In many cases the software used to browse the web (web browser) by default allows storage of cookies in the User’s device. The Store’s users are free, at any time, to change the settings for cookies. These settings can be updated in such a way as to block the automatic cookie-related services in the User’s web browser settings or inform the User every time they are stored on the their device. 8.    The Store’s operator warns the user that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functions available as part of the Store’s web pages.
9.    Cookies posted onto the Store user’s device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Store’s operator.
